Want to beat the big “U” at their own game?

The TaxiCall network is a collaborative community of independent drivers, Hackney groups, and private hire operators who pass passenger bookings to each other when they can’t fulfil jobs themselves.

A fleet on the TaxiCall system gives their regular passengers the TaxiCall app which carries their own branding.  Passengers can use the app to book a ride wherever they are in the country.

If the passenger is in their home region, the booking request will go to their local fleet.   The TaxiCall network can send the booking request to another collaborating fleet if the local fleet does not have capacity to do the job.  If the passenger is away from their home region, the TaxiCall network will send a booking request to the nearest member of the TaxiCall network.

You don’t have to be a user of the TaxiCall system to take advantage of the network.  You could be using any of the popular despatch management systems such as: Autocab, Cab9, Cab Treasure, Cordic, iCabbi etc,    You just need to be sign up to be a member of the network.

There are two levels of membership:

Affiliate:

An affiliated member simply pays us a booking fee of £0.30 every time we send them a call, or an electronic booking request, from a passenger who is using the Taxicall app.

Partner:          

A TaxiCall partner pays a small monthly subscription. They agree to state they are members of the TaxiCall network on their app and website. They do not pay to receive booking requests.
