Being able to accept, manage and distribute advance bookings is a great way to plan schedules, allocate drivers and develop new and repeat business.
TaxiCall gives you the facility to manage advance bookings in a way that’s tailored to work for many different types and sizes of taxi groups.
An office Dispatcher or Driver can take advance bookings and allocate them, or distribute them to the Group using the “fastest finger first” method. The system allows you to decide your own rules for how long in advance Customers can make “advance bookings” and will be notified of confirmation on their App.
The Job Entry and Control Screens
- Quick and Easy Job details entry sorted in date/time order and archived when job completed.
- Unallocated Jobs displayed in RED if Pick Up time is imminent.
- Search for Job details using any part of the detail information.
- Select and then Print or Save to file any selection of Jobs.
- Show position of Drivers currently at work on Map.
The “Driver/Dispatcher” Option
A driver/dispatcher can take advance booking calls and either allocate them to drivers or distribute them using the fastest finger first method. TABS allows you to set the timings before which an advance booking can be made, and the length of time after the booking is made within which the customer will have confirmation of their booking.
