TaxiCall is a unique, automated call management system that helps Taxi Groups – Hackney, Private Hire, and Mixed – handle incoming calls from phones and Apps, allocate jobs, schedule and manage advanced bookings, manage payments and driver scheduling, and more. It is used by Groups with Offices, “Virtual Offices”, and where licensing rules allow it*, by Groups without the cost of an office or dispatchers at all. And existing Groups are structured as Limited Companies, Partnerships, Co-Operatives, and even informal agreements between friends.
Whilst TaxiCall helps you secure the business from your own local area customers, the Network allows them to easily find other TaxiCall Groups when they are elsewhere in the UK – and when customers of other Groups are visiting your area their Customer App puts them in touch with you.
