Not only does the network offer direct connectivity to local customers with the TaxiCall customer app, but our UK-wide rollout means that you’ll also receive calls from visitors to your area who are looking for an immediate pick-up or an advance booking – especially useful for drivers collecting customers arriving by plane, train, coach or bus.
Being part of the TaxiCall Network means you get your own branded Driver App that allows you to receive requests for pick-up directly, manage when you’re available or not, manage fares, schedule advance bookings and reminders, allocate drivers (if you’re a taxi firm managing a team) and track and report on your driver’s trips and activities.
You’ll also receive all of the fare paid by your customers, with no per-fare commissions payable, as with other Apps such as Uber or Bolt.
Requests for trips are also fairly allocated by our system, so that if you are the driver who has waited the longest for a call, or are the closest driver to where a customer needs to be picked up, you will be prioritised so that all drivers get an opportunity to collect fares.
